serves 3 3 ripe frozen bananas 1/3 cup natural peanut butter 3-4 pitted dates 1 cup oat or almond milk (more if needed) 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (optional) Combine all ingredients into a high powered blender. Pour into your favorite glass, and enjoy!
