Stress, Trauma, and the Body: Unpacking How Stress and Trauma Affect Overall Health, and Learning Yoga Resources to Improve Your Wellbeing
Please join therapeutic yoga specialist Katherine Hanson for a very special workshop and teacher training experience that examines the wide-reaching effects of stress and trauma, and how yoga can serve as a loving therapeutic support.
This training is for anyone - yoga and other movement teachers, mental health professionals, educators, administrators, activists, medical professionals, doulas, coaches, healers - who is interested in becoming informed about trauma and its wide-reaching impact on both mental and physical wellbeing, and looking to learn somatic-based skills to assist in mitigating its affects.
Registration includes an additional module for yoga and movement teachers of all kinds to learn to teach and work with students confidently with a broad, trauma-informed approach. Yoga Alliance continuing education credits will be available.

Saturday, November 2: 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Sunday, November 3: 8am - 12pm,
2:30pm - 5:30pm (Teacher's module)
